NOTE: In the download file we have included two sets of DOE2.1E executables. The default set that will be installed when you follow the installation procedure sometimes hangs, requiring ending the BDA and SGE processes through the Windows Task Manager. We have not experienced problems with the other set of DOE2.1E executables, which however do not include the custom functions that we have developed for proper integration of daylighting, electric lighting and energy simulations. If you are not interested in electric lighting controls, then you may want to use this older set of DOE2.1E executables. To do so, please copy the files from the folder "old doe2 files" to the \doe2\21e\exe_bda folder, replacing the existing files in that directory.
